4. Organisational management
Understanding the organisational setup and setting up the NRW task team are the first organisational steps towards NRW reduction. This module will enable the participant to do so. Further upon understanding this module the participant will be able to come up with Key performance Indicators (KPI), monitoring of KPI’s, Plan-do- check- act cycle and create a multi year NRW strategy.
Only theoretical knowledge of what needs to be done will not result in the desired outcomes. It is the planning and organization of a change process that will determine whether or not the prioritized NRW reduction/management activities will yield fruit.
As every organization is different, the organizational measures will be different for each individual company too.
