1-Introduction to Non revenue water

This section comprises a presentation which introduces the basics of (a)NRW; (b) components of NRW; (c) approaches taken to reduce NRW; and, (d) the common indices used to represent NRW. Also the participants can enhance their understanding of the NRW by practising the assignments. Also upon successfully understanding the basics of NRW the participants will be able to assess their water utility using the NRW self assessment matrix.
